Job Description:

Taking care of local IT equipment of the employees (Desktop Setup, Notebooks, Phones) + Account

maintenance.

Server maintenance (ESXi Hosts, VMs, Docker Hosts + a lot of containerized applications deployed).

Firewall, VPN, Internet uplink.

Landline Phone maintenance.

Wifi-Setup in the Office.

Local wired network setup & maintenance.

Local Backup / Disaster Recovery.

Robotics Lab IT maintenance (Wifi, private 5G, LAN, Robots IT hardware)

Supporting the transition of local office IT into Telecom corporate IT.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important)

Script automation with at least one of these technologies: Powershell, Bash or Python - 5+ years of experience.

Strong knowledge with macOS and Linux operating systems - 5+ years of experience.

Experience in setting up local area networks (WiFi, LAN) - 5+ years of experience.

Desired Skills

Familiar with Cloud services such as Azure(AAD) and/or AWS.

Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems using systematic troubleshooting, web KB

searches and consultation with other members of the IT team.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Education/Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology,

Engineering or similar technical degree and four (4) years of experience in providing technical support to end[1]users for computer hardware, software, and/or network related problems
