Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all contracts related to IT services, software licenses, and vendor agreements.
  • Create and generate special reports as required by management or regulatory authorities.
  • Assist IT Manager to develop, update, and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date user directory for access control and permissions management.
  • Track and monitor vulnerabilities within the organization's IT infrastructure and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Track patching processes for operating systems, software applications, and firmware to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist with basic network administration tasks, including user account management and network device configuration.
  • Maintain hardware & software inventories including end-of-life.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in IT administration or a related role.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with network administration principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with software and vendor contracts is a plus.
