IT Administrator

Job Duties:
• Design, implement, and maintain business services and flows in the Atlassian Suite. This includes:
? Creating and maintaining workflows
? Benefits and limitations of Proforma form fields
? Custom field configurations and impacts
? Setup and troubleshoot automation rules, jobs, listeners, endpoints, etc.
• Provide support to customer teams through Jira requests, document and understand requirements, seek clarification, and follow through with agreed outcomes
• Automate, enhance, and troubleshoot services using Groovy (Scriptrunner application plugin)
• Experience with migration of an on-prem instance to the SaaS cloud offering is a plus
