IT Analyst

Job Description:

•    Post-secondary degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience
•    2-4 years of enterprise infrastructure-related experience
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Excellent oral & written communication, people skills, planning, implementation, and troubleshooting skills.
•    Be able to carry out multiple assignments
•    Be detailed oriented and able to work on your own initiative

•    Infrastructure support including VMWare hypervisors, Windows, Active Directory
•    Ability to analyze systems and systems data to identify remediations.
•    Ability to manage identities and access rights
•    Define the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for IS/IT processes.
•    Ability to identify solutions to close compliance and best practice gaps across IS/IT processes.
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
•    Takes a proactive approach to stay informed about industry knowledge.
