Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Address software-related queries and issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, providing effective communication and support
  • Monitor and report daily incidents through productivity tools
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects with a good understanding of project management methodology.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science or Information Technology a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
