Description

All person is doing, fielding tickets for break fix replacement of laptops where they would image it, then they would ship it out and label it then UPS would pick it up. They also will be handling the receipt of laptops for termination. Then on hardware requests someone might need a headset and this person would remove it from inventory and ships it out to whoever it is going to.
