Job: IT Asset Management Process Analyst

**Local Richmond, VA candidates required due to onsite requirement

**This position requires onsite work several days a week, NO exceptions

Seeking an individual who has experience assessing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on a statewide ITIL compliant Asset Management program. Specific attention and expertise with inventory management for an Enterprise workstation environment to include workstations, mobile devices, printers, software, and other various end user asset tracking. Experience with policy, process, and procedures preferred. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring that all processes adhere to governance standards and are optimized for efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing IT asset management.

Identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and compliance risks.

Specific ITAM processes, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.

Extensive experience in IT Asset Management, particularly in workstations, mobile devices, printers, software, and other various end user asset tracking.

Strong knowledge of ITAM best practices, ITIL principles, and VITA governance.
 

Experience in business process engineering, IT process improvement, or related roles, preferably in a government or large organizational context.
