Description
To hire a contractor to assist the Vendor Support Team withthe certification testing process for software vendors’ paper and electronicsubmissions during the peak months of August – January.
Tax Clearance Letter is requiredto be considered for this position and MUST be submitted at the time ofsubmission. (Pls review compliance tab for instruction on how the candidateMUST obtain this letter)
Candidate MUST be local to MetroAtlanta. Hybrid/Telework
Test software vendors’ paper taxdocuments and payment vouchers for barcodes, content, placement, and scanlines
Test software vendors’ electronicfile submissions for standards, accuracy, and completeness
Provide software vendors withfeedback by documenting errors discovered during testing
Review electronic formatted filesto ensure data elements are present
Test and review web forms forposting to the Department’s website
Education: Bachelor’sdegree in information systems, Business Management, Mathematics, ComputerScience or Graphic Design
•DOR will conduct a background check on all candidates consideredfor the position. Individuals must be compliant with Georgia tax obligations.
•Individuals having any overdue and unpaid taxes, or any felonyconvictions (no matter how long ago) will not be offered the position or hired.
•All employees will be fingerprinted.
