Experienced as an Operations executive in Insurance industry / Business Analyst in IT (Non-Banking/ Finance domain preferred). Insurance industry exposure is preferred
Basic knowledge of SQL/ PL SQL, basic programming, web technologies
To co-ordinate closely with Business Users and Operations to understand the functional requirements
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
To create and review Business requirement document
Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements)
To prepare necessary documentation
Determine which tasks/steps to automate (identify scope and get the requirements)
To prepare and review Test Cases/ Scenarios and Test Results as per requirement
Conducting functional testing and providing timely feedback
Ensure user application issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Drive/communicate status on project related work
Translate technical information for a business audience
