Job description:

  • Experienced as an Operations executive in Insurance industry / Business Analyst in IT (Non-Banking/ Finance domain preferred). Insurance industry exposure is preferred 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/ PL SQL, basic programming, web technologies
  • To co-ordinate closely with Business Users and Operations to understand the functional requirements
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
  • To create and review Business requirement document
  • Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements) 
  • To prepare necessary documentation
  • Determine which tasks/steps to automate (identify scope and get the requirements) 
  • To prepare and review Test Cases/ Scenarios and Test Results as per requirement
  • Conducting functional testing and providing timely feedback
  • Ensure user application issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Drive/communicate status on project related work
  • Translate technical information for a business audience
