Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and translate them into actionable requirements.
  2. Process Mapping: Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency.
  3. Solution Design: Define technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  4. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation such as user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  5. Collaboration: Work across product managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  6. Data Analysis: Leverage data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  7. Testing & QA: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product alignment with requirements.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the evolution of business analysis methodologies.

 

Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 5–10+ years in business analysis, with a preference for senior-level experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in business analysis tools, process modeling software, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Core Skills:
    • Analytical mindset for problem-solving.
    • Strong communication skills for translating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented approach ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation.
    • Experience working alongside developers to align on technical concepts.
  • Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of SQL, Jira, ADO is a plus.
  • Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile environments.

Preferred:

  • Background in retail, finance, IT, or infrastructure.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, CSM, SAFe
