Job Description:        
* Provide professional customer support for system-related software and/or hardware issues, needs, or requirements in the fulfillment of the SCERS mission.
* Evaluate customer technical needs, elicit, and determine requirements, and recommends solutions; plan, design, develop, test, and implement a variety of hardware and/or software systems.
* Develop, monitor, and analyze data and metrics to ensure the continuous delivery of quality services, and to identify opportunities for process improvements or business transformation.
* Perform quality assurance and prepare reports for management that may include, but not be limited to, summary of findings, recommendations, initiative status updates, and/or implementation plans.
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience for members and stakeholders. Research and analyze issues and recommend solutions to management.
* Serve as liaison to business teams and partners to ensure retirement benefits and services are processed timely and accurately.
* Participate on cross-functional project teams, ad hoc assignments, and/or special projects to support organizational and team.
