 Performs daily monitoring and general administration of all security devices
 Responds to all Network alerts, warnings, and errors in a timely, consistent manner
 Resolves common database system issues in a timely, consistent manner
 Escalates complex issues to internal team members and third party groups as appropriate
 Maintains relations with vendor support to ensure quick response to problems
 Job Responsibility for MFA (Multi-factor Authentication)
 Installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting
of network and network defense technologies (e.g., firewalls, application-based firewalls,
intrusion detection systems, web proxy devices and servers, and associated software)
 Responding to outages and resolving and documenting priority incident tickets
 Changing, upgrading, and patching firewall and AAA devices
 Maintaining and operating Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
Soft Skills:
 Good communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written)
 Fluent English (min C1) is a must-have, any other European language nice to have
 Great customer handling skills and resourcefulness, vital for dealing with unforeseen situations
 Ability to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and acceptance

Technical Requirements:
 Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall and Cisco ISE
 Strong preference for Certified Professionals with RSA SecurID/Access certifications
 Strong, coordination, and interpersonal skills as this role require significant interaction with
different teams across the organization

 Must have a working knowledge of virtualization (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and
LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies, monitoring, and support best practices
 Hands on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IAM products and Services
on Windows and UNIX platforms
 Directory integration including Active Directory, LDAP
 Working knowledge of IAM industry standards & protocols including SAML, LDAP, Kerberos,
etc
 Require some intermediate knowledge of third part technologies. (e.g. Citrix, Cisco ISE/ACS+,
CyberArk)
 Have integrated RSA Authentication Manager for MFA with multiple technologies
 Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RSA Authentication Manager
Years of Experience:
 Total: 4-8 years of higher education (B.Sc. or diploma)
 Relevant: 2-3+ years of help desk/desk side, customer service, and support experience;
experience with solving hardware related problems
Certification Requirements:
 MCP/MCSE/MCSA preferred
 ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change
Management preferred
