Analyze business processes, determine business needs, and elicit requirements. Create requirement traceability matrix (RTM). Create user stories, use cases, activity diagrams. Track sprint and release programs. Create data mapping and data flow diagrams. Conduct impact, cost benefit and risk analysis. Translate UI/UX as per requirements. Perform bug tracking. Knowledge Required: Data Modeling and Implementation Techniques, Software Project Management, Data Mining and Business Intelligence, Advance Structured Programming and Algorithms, and Enterprise Risk Management. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or any related field is required. Bachelor’s degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master’s degree. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
