This is a hands-on, technical support role for the C-suite. Responsibilities: · Provide excellent customer service support in person, via phone, and email, as appropriate. · Dedicated C-Suite support in the New York office. · Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. · Perform user administration duties. Requirements: BA/BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Three years’ experience as Support Technician. Familiar with networking systems and protocols. Ability to perform remote desktop support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work overtime hours including evenings/weekends. Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.Less
