Position: IT Help Desk Engineer
Location- Downtown Manhattan, NY (onsite)
Duration- 24 months
USC/ GC that can work on W2 

Note: This is an onsite 5 days per week at Downtown Manhattan, NY
* Strong knowledge of SonicWALL firewalls environment is a Must* 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology plus System Administration experience required.
10+ years of network administration and system administration work experience. 
Strong knowledge of SonicWALL firewalls environment is a Must
System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing Helpdesk and IT operations best practices.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. This includes deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012/2019, Windows 10 and 11.
Responsible for Office 365 and SharePoint administration. This includes all MS Office, SharePoint, Office 365 configuration and advance troubleshooting skills.
Responsible for Azure computing, administration, and networking.
Responsible for SonicWALL firewall administration and management including SonicWALL access points and WLAN management.
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Lead desktop and Helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. This includes WLAN configuration, troubleshooting and deployment across LAN and multiple AD forests
