Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IS/IT from a reputable university
2–3 years of experience in various IT infrastructure functions
Involved in small to medium IT infrastructure projects
Technical proficiency in networking, operating systems, virtualization & cloud computing, backup & recovery
Security management expertise in cybersecurity practices & risk management
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting, monitoring, optimization, and data analysis
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with users and resolve basic IT issues

Job Description:

Coordinate and supervise IT staff members
Manage the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness for the IT department
Coordinate company digitalization projects
Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT systems
Oversee network and security controls, serving as a system administrator
Handle documentation, administration, and reporting
