Understanding of basic IT infrastructure architecture in office / factory environment, e.g. Router, Switches, APs, cabling, et.
Review and support required decisions related to local Infrastructure setup
Coordinate with local IT and 3rd parties service providers all infra relates activities in preparation for carveout / TSA
Manage the Infra operations during TSA(Transition Support Agreement)
Interact as proxy for M&A Project IT into TSA services, ITIL processes, etc.
Act as an escalation point for local IT / M&A Project business towards TSA / outsourcing partner
