Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of IT infrastructure services to our global clients. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of a broad range of IT infrastructure services, including:
    • Cloud and Datacenter services (migration, management, optimization)
    • Network design, implementation, and management.
    • End-user device management
    • Security services (assessments, vulnerability management, incident response)
  • Lead and manage large US based Programs. (Customer relationship, Contract / SLA Management, Account growth, P&L Management)
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to client's service delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (Sales, Solutions Architecture, Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on project performance and service metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery, preferably within a managed services environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud, networking, security, and end-user devices.
  • Experience managing and leading offshore and onshore teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework a plus.
