Mandatory experience:

Responsibilities
• Analyze customer schedule and technical requirements to obtain a clear understanding needed to fulfil requests
• Initiating necessary IT Change Management requests to begin work
• Identify and assign predefined Infrastructure Service Deliver workflows to perform work
• Work with Service Delivery teams to efficiently perform tasks needed to deliver requested Infrastructure assets
• Resolve Service Delivery team barriers for meeting Infrastructure asset delivery commitments and quality expectations
• Escalate Service Delivery challenges for meeting customer expectations as required
• Validate as-builts are produced to specifications
• Keep customers informed with progress and manage expectations
• Maintain daily / weekly status, metrics and dashboards
• Maintain accurate records for Infrastructure asset inventory

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Sciences, Computer Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and work experience.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies
• 3+ years of experience working in an IT service deliver or change management capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues
• Ability to meticulously follow documented processes
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)
• Foundational understanding of project management
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications

Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Atlassian’s JIRA work tracking system
• IT project management experience
