Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of a broad range of IT infrastructure services, including:
- Cloud and Datacenter services (migration, management, optimization)
- Network design, implementation, and management.
- End-user device management
- Security services (assessments, vulnerability management, incident response)
- Lead and manage large US based Programs. (Customer relationship, Contract / SLA Management, Account growth, P&L Management)
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Ensure adherence to Client’s service delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with other IT teams (Sales, Solutions Architecture, Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project performance and service metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery, preferably within a managed services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud, networking, security, and end-user devices.
- Experience managing and leading offshore and onshore teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework a plus.
