Required skills (technical & professional)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
8+ years of progressive IT consulting and/or management experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Proven track record of leading successful IT projects and managing high-performing teams within a short timeframe
Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, IT service management, and agile project delivery
Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on technical skills in areas such as networking, databases, and software development
Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin languages is Must
Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, TOGAF) are preferred
