Represent Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Tomcat, integarations and associated database areas, Responsible for Java deployments

2 Ensure applications Incident / Release / Change / Problem Management as per customer requirement

3 Participate in new deployements, installations, upgrades and any other related requirement with customer

4 Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational support, shift management, lioson with customer for technical discussions, cross skilling for other technologies applications management like printing, manufacturing, COTs applications

5 Drive automation, transformations, configure monitoring with APM tool, team collaboration, risk/audit mgmt., application capacity planning, DR management related support and activities
