We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking IT Leader to lead our talented team. This role is not just about managing, it's about inspiring and pushing the team to the next level. You will play a crucial role in making our product better by dogfooding it, providing valuable insights and feedback to our product team. You will own IT performance metrics (such as uptime, time-to-resolution, etc) and report them to the executive leadership team.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals across different geographies, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Dogfood our product, using it daily to understand its strengths and weaknesses, develop internal use-cases, and provide constructive feedback to our product development team.
Drive efficiency across the company by implementing innovative IT solutions and processes that empower our employees (including best practices).
Enable our team to scale up, managing the growing needs of our organization and ensuring we have the right resources and systems in place (including automation). 
Define, track and report Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) - use data to make decisions.
Manage IT projects (including office build-outs) to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting the required quality standards.
Partner with the security/privacy team to ensure that our data and IT systems implement industry best practices and compliance standards.

What You Bring To The Table

8+ years IT technical experience
4+ years experience in a leadership IT role (actively managing a team)
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Outstanding communication/written skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
Extensive technical knowledge of Mac OS, and iOS mobile platforms
Expertise in Google Workspaces support and administration (Gmail, Calendars, Groups, Docs/Sheets/Slides)
Experience in supporting Video Conference and presentation technology, preferably with Zoom, Teams, or similar services
