Responsible for a mission critical service requiring stability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Manage all network maintenance operations and will have management oversight of other mid-level technical resources.
Provide technical guidance and support in concert with the direction and leadership of the IT Network team.
Ensure quality and responsive services through management and delivery of ongoing preventative maintenance, assessment, and proactive monitoring.
Lead and coordinate development of IT Network Services to ensure key business strategies and processes are supported by systems enabling enterprise growth and flexibility.
Maintain and support Network, LAN/WAN (SDWAN) architecture, network hardware, software, and applications.
Provides technical expertise and guidance, networking system expertise, project management, and serve as an escalation resource for all technical network needs.
Provide ongoing review of capacity requirements. Provide network design, security analysis/design and implementation, definition and coordination of standards, project management, and technology research.
As a member of the IT Network team, ensure IT Business Plan objectives are successfully delivered meeting quality, time, and budget expectations.
Provide leadership to Network team by communicating vision, strategies, and objects.
Working with vendors and internal teams to develop and maintain the product lifecycle roadmaps.
Stay well-informed of best practices in the IT Network and service delivery field, coordinate and/or evaluates new and emerging practices and technologies and recommend and promote adoption as appropriate.
Build trusting relationships with key business stakeholders to align/influence business and IT Network architecture.
Provide Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) to benchmark and make proactive decisions to ensure services levels are met.
Act as an escalation for Network services incidents, changes, requests, and problems
