Job Description:
We are looking to onboard an IT Network Administrator/Engineer who will be a trusted IT advisor to leadership in our company of 100 employees that is scaling and has achieved a 300% growth last year in sales. This is an opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to showcase their strategic nature while being hands on with our employees through updating systems, streamlining outdated systems, and working to resolve technological challenges daily. This is a business-critical role for our organization and the identified individual will work very closely with our CEO to ensure alignment and progress regarding all items IT related. Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage the installation & configuration, upgrades, repair, movement, and replacement of desktop PCs, routers, switches, laptops, & peripherals.
* Must be able to configure workstations, docking stations, printers, monitors, zero client hardware, VoIP/VoSIP telephones, Audio/Video controls, and external CAC readers.
* Be responsible for providing patient technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and/or software.
* Be the onsite knowledge and hands on expert for IT operating systems, particularly Windows, network security, servers, Webmail, and Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Access and SharePoint.
* Provide Tier I and II IT troubleshooting services such as, maintaining, installing, repairing, and modifying computers and their associated business software.
* Provide technical resolution for internally reported issues on production and development systems, including password difficulties.
* Contribute to ongoing infrastructure and software development projects.
* Assist cutting-edge research and development initiatives including integration and customization of our proprietary applications with emerging frameworks and platforms.
* Researches, resolves, responds to, and documents end user inquiries.
* Knowledgeable of NIST800 cybersecurity requirements, including system monitoring, document retention, and system support.
* Follow all internal quality policies, OSHA safety regulations, and company safety policies, etc.

Requirements:
*College degree, Associates, Bachelors, and Masters are all welcome to apply. Hands on experience and attitude are paramount for the client & interviewing committee and we don"t want to discourage the right person from applying.
*6 years" experience with networks
*Confidence in the listed domains: routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Access Points, VoIP, installs, configurations, upgrades, window server, transition of on-prem to Cloud
*Excellent communications skills and a patient and partnering mentality (remember they will be working with users @ all levels) Outstanding soft skills to be able to help non-IT literate employees with user support, password resets, tickets/cases, troubleshooting, laptops, desktop, devices, peripherals
*Innovative thinker, glass half full attitude / interpersonal resilience to be patient when faced with large projects, strategic thinking and follow through to be able to action small and large undertakings from start to finish.
*Ability to time manage both Tier 1 responsibilities for immediate resolution/limit disruptions to production as well as return to grander Tier 2 & 3 responsibilities when Tier 1 items are resolved.
