Role: IT Network Support


Responsibilities and required skills:

Hands on experience on network components and firmware upgrades (any switches or routers).
Basic experience in VLAN creation, Deletion, Access VLAN tagging and managing switch configuration.
Hands on experience in port channel configuration and troubleshooting issues.
Internet link troubleshooting with ISP for any technical issues (Packet drops, Latency, ticket escalation).
Taking ownership of network related changes for end-to-end support.
WIFI troubleshooting for the end users.
Basic understanding of managing firewall rules.
Team player to work with multiple functions (GSC, GOC, Server team, cyber security team).
Local on-site technical coordinator for IT related issues.
Coordinate local IT support, IT equipment purchases and vendor coordination, maintenance, and distribution.
Experience in networking – 2 years.
Experience in helpdesk / network support – 1-2 years (can be enabled).


Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
An attitude for learning.
