Install and configure software and hardware with corporate standard.
Manage computer, network, mobile devices and servers.
Create and maintenance accounts and workstations.
Monitor performance, maintain systems and network according to requirements or corporate standard.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through user education, access controls, backups and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models with corporate standard
Provide training to colleagues on system usage, best practices, troubleshooting
Build and maintain technical documentation, user manuals.
Perform vendor management as necessary.
Proactive approach to identifying system issues and implementing preventive measures.
Requirements and skills
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an IT Support or similar role preferably in retail business.
Experience with Windows Clients, Server, Microsoft 365 products, VMware, QNAP, SAP, Meraki networks (LAN, WAN, SAN), POS, Cloud, Proxy, Proofpoint, MFA, mobile devices, and patch management.
Hands on Knowledge of system security, Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, VMware, VPN, Active Directory, Mobile device, printers, AV system and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
High Certificate in Information Technology, or a related discipline; professional IT certification
Willing to work at non-working hours upon request and flexible to travel for business.
Ability to work independently and under pressure with integrity.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and a good team player
