Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify potential clients through email, social media, and cold calls
Lead Qualification: Research prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads using specific criteria to ensure alignment with our IT outsourcing offerings
Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings and demos with qualified prospects for the sales team, ensuring high attendance through diligent follow-up
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM, updating statuses and tracking key metrics
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech-related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven success in achieving sales targets
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
