Key Responsibilities: Delivery Timeline/Milestone Management Ensure Timelines/Milestones that are committed to during (PI & Iteration) Planning ceremonies are conveyed to the delivery team(s). Track progress throughout the delivery of the Feature(s)/User Story(ies) with input from the delivery team(s). Update Stakeholder Status Report and verbalize a summary during Agile Release Train sync meeting. Risk Mitigation Identifies and works with team to remove project impediments and blockers that stand in the way of team productivity and performance to maintain the team’s commitments to Delivery Timelines/Milestones. Create entries in the Risk and Issues Tracker for any issues/risks observed that cannot be mitigated by the team within 24 hrs.   This includes capturing daily updates in the Risk and Issues Tracker. Escalate to the RTE all impediments for awareness, including a description of the impediment, impact assessment and mitigation plan. Dependency Management Work with delivery team to identify all dependencies (within the delivery team and outside of the delivery team), obtain commitment and track delivery status. Team Capacity Management Monitor (Rally) daily to ensure resources are at full capacity. If not, mitigating those that are under/overcapacity and ensuring team members are updating Rally each day. Proactively reviews Rally and mitigates observations in future sprints such as resources are over or under capacity. Agile Ceremony Facilitation Facilitates and publish meeting minutes the team ceremonies following Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices. Ensures the team is fully prepared for each Release including completing all documentation required for a release and successfully obtains signoff from the internal audit prior to the release and facilitates the Production Release ceremony. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience including IT Project Management Technical aptitude to support program’s use of work management and collaboration tools. Strong analytical, oral and written communication, presentation skills. Strong servant leadership skills, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, mentoring, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Experience with large scale software development environment. Advanced understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a scrum team member other than being the project manager and/or scrum master Experience applying Agile best practices, i.e., burn-down charts, retrospective formats, defect management, user stories, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, etc. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile approaches: i.e., XP, Kanban, FDD, etc. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as RTC, JIRA, CA Rally, Confluence/SharePoint, etc. Ability to demonstrate coaching techniques and approach.
