Job Description:
- A project team consisting of temporary and permanent staff will rebuild an existing data warehouse using new ETL, Business Intelligence, and database platforms with an eye towards cost containment and improved technical performance.
- This key role will lead implementation, reporting to CHIA’s Chief of Data and Technology.
Responsibilities:
To be considered for this position, the candidate must demonstrate specific experience in:
- Project Management for Data Warehouse projects
- Health Care data, preferably in the payer space
- Cloud technologies, preferably Talend, Azure, and Snowflake
- Maintaining project budgets including contractor, software, and subscription models
- Chairing executive steering committees and presenting at all levels
- Discussing complex technical concepts with non-technical participants and leaders
- Developing detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames, funding limitations and staffing availability
