Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
- Technical Project Management.
- Working knowledge of Service Now as a tool and good reporting skills.
- Strong reporting skills in Service Now and Xls.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Patch management skills and Change management knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team.
Day to Day Activities:
- Manage change record review on behalf of the product change review board.
- Document, guide, training, and mentor product teams on the change process.
- Facilitate product change review board meeting and representation at enterprise meetings.
- Manage product change metrics and follow up with enterprise change enablement and product teams on change related issues.
- Gather requirements and manage data for patching and vulnerability remediation.
Required Experience With the Following:
- Highly developed detail oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent skills in gathering and reporting of requirements, data, metrics, and processes.
- Query and automation skills (e.g. SQL, JQL, Ansible, Puppet or similar).
Preferred Experience With the Following:
- Reporting and analysis using ServiceNow or similar.
- Agile framework roles (e.g. scrum master, agile project manager).
- Dashboard creation and analysis of data sets.
- Database query creation and optimization in various platforms (e.g. Postgres, Snowflake, MS SQL, Oracle).
- Supporting infrastructure projects and processes.
- Understanding and supporting ITIL processes.
