Description

Responsibilities

·         Coordinate with all impacted vendors (via contract owners) and agencies to align IT systems design, development, testing and implementation.

·         Coordinate with operational stakeholders to ensure system design meets program needs/requirements

·         Maintain an overall IT Systems project plan.

·         Track risks, mitigations and issues that arise from the over IT system project effort.

·         Align the IT system’s efforts with the overall outcomes and objectives of the project and ensure that performance meets expectations as described in the project charter.

Requirements

·         The ability to understand, interpret and correctly apply complex policies and procedures.

·         Able to participate as an active and contributing member of a team.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under deadlines.

·         Experience with the principles of PMBOK

·         Experience with Project Management tools and techniques.

·         Experience with IT problem management.

·         Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle.

·         Ability to drive a team and produce high-quality results.

·         Ability to develop strong business cases with supporting documentation, including wireframes, process maps, and other design tools.

·         Experience defining program performance outcomes and key measurements.
