IT Project Manager

Job Duties:

·        Participate in redesigning existing and business processes to fit within a software automation framework with an eye towards creating efficiencies and reducing manual workflows.

·        Involve in creating project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications and improving the knowledge base of RPA issues and processes.

·        Involve in testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). develop test plans, coordinate execution of test plans, and communicate test results.

·        Coordinate with business teams and developers to deploy new automation workflows and validate the new automated processes.

·        Involve in production automation schedules and responds to process failures timely and captures Root Cause Analysis of the failures.

·        Work on SQL, data analysis and understand automation tools, techniques, and industry trends.

·        Work on Agile software development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to organize work into Epics, features and User stories and track business value delivery.

Involve in conducting meetings and presentations with business and IT leaders.

The position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems,
