Project Manager

Location : Onsite San Antonio Office or Dallas TX Office

Job Responsibilities

 

35% Accountability / Ownership / Leadership: Responsible for the completion and delivery of all technical and non-technical project deliverables within and across all phases of the assigned project lifecycle. This includes defining project scope, ensuring proper requirements are defined and approved, creating a detailed project work plan, RACI, RAID, and Resource Management Plan. Point of Contact for all project related initiatives such as requirements, development, system integration testing, UAT, training, and change management. This includes working with both internal and external resources.

 

20% Case Management: Responsible for tracking, communicating, assigning, and ensuring closing out of all project related Action Items, Issues, Risks, and Change Requests in a timeline and effective manner.

 

20% Communication: Effectively provide regular status updates that pertain to all aspects of a project, including, but not limited to scope, schedule, and budget to all project stakeholders and sponsors.

 

10% Budget Management: Using provided project management software, responsible for all aspects of a project budget including but not limited to determining overall project cost, obtaining project budget approval, continually monitoring project budget and cash flow for deficits or overages, and reporting back to project stakeholders and sponsors.

 

10% Resource Management: Properly ensure that all required internal and external resources are assigned to individual project tasks and continually update their capacity in provided project management software to ensure proper resource allocation across multiple club wide initiatives.

 

5% Contributor: Participate in the growth of the PMO department using tools established by . Provide recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.

 

Job Specific Requirements

 

  • Experience with all aspects of Project Management Lifecycle from Planning through Delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor projects throughout the project lifecycle to recognize and anticipate potential issues and risks and handle in such a manner as to minimize the impact to the project.
  • Experience with business requirements management and software quality process.
  • Strong knowledge of Clarizen project management software or equivalent and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
