Job Description:
(Mandatory) Min 5 years of experience in IT application Project
Management. Preferably, but not mandatory, working in General
Insurance Industry in Malaysia dealing with Retail product such as
Motor, Travel, Home, PA, etc.
▪ Experience in managing at least 1 full lifecycle of system implementation.
▪ Strong critical thinking skills
▪ Able to communicate findings to technical and not technical stakeholders
▪ Ability to work in multiple IT Demands/projects at one time
▪ Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision

Job Purpose:

1) Initiate, plan, and manage IT projects ensuring their successful
and timely delivery.
2) Ensure compliant with project governance and standards established
by the PMO department.
3) Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities defined in project
organization structure for optimal resource management.
4) Ensure timely resolution of issues and mitigation of risks without
compromising the timeline.
5) Ensure benefit outcomes are consistently tracked and updated to 
the Steering Committee
