Duties: Ensuring project portfolio and program alignment among business partners

• Assisting in the creation and reporting of pre-defined metrics outlined in each project
• Ensuring consistency and quality standards are upheld by business teams when inputting project data into internal tracking
• Ensuring operational readiness standards and engagements are upheld with all projects implemented
• Engaging stakeholders to further elaborate business requirements and how to better serve them.
• Working across the IT and business organizations to understand data flow, dependencies, and reporting
• Developing training and communications to ensure successful changes across the organization
• Leading and tracking cross-project activities
• Developing and controlling outcomes, dependencies, and other activities.
• Preparing reports for the project and PMO leads
• Managing and escalating exceptions from cross-functional areas including Cloud Operations, Product Planning, DevOps, Professional Services, and Engineering to key stakeholders.
• Participating in technical design sessions, to help ensure alignment with requirements and consistency of technical standards.We are looking for a smart, passionate, and experienced IT Project Manager with a large spectrum of experience working in larger and smaller companies that thrives in a high-tempo constantly evolving environment. • Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of portfolio management concepts
• An ability to creatively and effectively solve problems and identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources to assist
• Experience with IT Operations/Infrastructure
• Project management certifications
• IT PMO experience in a technology setting

Vendor management experience Experience as an IT Project Manager, Program Manager or Technical Project Manager leading software and infrastructure related initiatives
Keywords:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experience.
