Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead project team meetings – agenda, meeting minutes
Create status reports, charter, risk/issue logs, project schedules, lessons learned, all relevant project documentation…
Develop and report on project metrics; forecast labor hours, develop confidence rating for schedule
Respond to ad hoc data calls
Present updates to leadership
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
Able to work autonomously, understands priority/urgency, takes ownership of work, is detail oriented and is a problem solver
Specific goals will be provided at time of onboarding and FTE conversion
Tell me about what their first day looks like:
Onboarding w/ PMO manager – 1 hr meeting; Meets w/ team mentor – 30 min; PM works through setting up computer and going through mandatory training and remaining onboarding tasks on their own.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

 

Key Skills; PMP ,Prosci , Power BI ,ServiceNow
Required: ServiceNow, PowerBI, PowerPoint, MS Timeline, Excel
Required Certifications: Preferred PMP, Prosci, CISM, CSM 
Must be a self-starter, work independently and be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Highly organized. Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates indirect influence.
Ability to adjust quickly to change – adaptability.
Ability to effectively follow and lead. Implement strategic direction into tactical actions.
Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency in execution of work.
Education Requirement: Bachelors degree
