Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Digitization Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for digitizing the IT portfolio. Assess current portfolio management practices and identify opportunities for digital enhancement in Wrike.
  • Process Development: Design and establish robust processes for portfolio management in a digital environment with our stakeholders. Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition to digital processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate adoption and address any concerns or resistance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track the progress of the digitization initiative. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and integration of digital solutions through clear communication with our stakeholders and supporting our stakeholders.
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence is a plus though not required.
