Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience (3+ years) in IT recruiting, specifically within the US market.
-Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting software.
-Good knowledge of W2/Corp to Corp/1099
