Description

You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, provide updates on their application status, and answer any inquiries. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials, including interview guides and candidate profiles. Collect feedback from interviewers and maintain records of candidate evaluations.
Applicant Tracking: Utilize our applicant tracking system to update candidate information, track progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process.
Recruitment Support: Assist with drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing job postings on various platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees. Ensure all required documentation is completed, assist with new hire orientations, and help create a positive onboarding experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile recruitment metrics and generate reports on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
