Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for IT positions, with a focus on C2H roles.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage and update candidate databases.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically C2H.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
Immediate availability to join.
