As an IT Sales Manager, Candidate should play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and 

closing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue 

through the sale of our comprehensive suite of IT products and services. This role requires a 

strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, 

and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Should be responsible for 

designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base 

and ensure its strong presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and engage in positioning the solutions with multiple contacts including C[1]Level contacts in the assigned accounts.

• Ability to work on own initiative.

• Should be target-oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.

• Actively participate in preparing & implementing sales strategies.

• Do telephonic with prospects and customers to close the deals.

• Would be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and achieving targets.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new leads and existing clients.

• Follow-up with Generated Leads.

• Responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company vision, 

negotiating and closing deals.

• Managing organizational sales by developing a strategic business plan that covers 

sales, revenue, and expense controls

• Achieving business objectives and goals through effective business strategy and 

planning

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary on weekly 

/monthly/quarterly

• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation & providing tangible information 

on other local marketing initiatives that can help lead generation & market visibility

• Participating in On-going Product training and keeping updated on technology 

related developments.
