Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Develop and expand professional networks to meet and engage with potential business heads.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
• Lead and oversee a team of inside sales representatives, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage marketing functions such as campaigns and social media activities.

Skills Required:
1. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in POS/KIOSK sales.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Prior experience with the US market.
5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing.
