IT Security Engineer III

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect responsible for enhancing our company's cybersecurity posture. The ideal candidate will leverage an advanced understanding of intrusion detection systems, incident response, computer forensics, and security protocols to develop innovative solutions to existing security challenges. This role involves collaboration with engineering teams to deploy strategies that mitigate risks and enhance system security.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement computing solutions to boost system security.
• Handle technical issues relating to applications and production equipment security.
• Work with teams to deploy new strategies for containing and mitigating cybersecurity threats.
• Perform regular security checks and develop automation scripts for incident handling and tracking.
• Configure firewalls and intrusion detection systems; respond to network intrusions and conduct forensic investigations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Expertise in cybersecurity tools such as Netskope, CyberARK, and Crowdstrike.
• Proficient in Python and JSON for automation and scripting.
• Strong incident-response and computer forensics skills.

Industry Experience Required: Experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a strong understanding of common computer languages and operating systems, is essential for this role.
