Roles & Responsibilities
  • Acts as operational portfolio leader driving standards across the SLO's within that portfolio.
  • Oversees successful planning and execution of service delivery operations for the portfolio
  • Ability to translate tech initiatives and impact into Business language/ presentations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service performance
Generic Managerial Skills
  • Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, should be able to collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Should be able to make informed decisions and be proficient in using data-driven insights
  • Up to date on technological and industry wide trends and practices
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in management/IT with relevant experience
