• 5+ Years' experience writing government proposals.
• Experience writing statements of work for IT related projects.
• Experience writing proposals or other forms of persuasive communications including technical or complex information.
• Superb written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, business, communications, English or related field.
