Position: IT-Sr Tech Support Analyst Location: Orange County, CA (Remote) Duration: 6+months

Job Description:
IRIS/Cache DBA Needed
This individual will join a remote team that is Supporting a suite of applications from a Tier 2 Level perspective and supporting clinical staff like doctors and nurses that are moving to a new platform and new applications.

REQUIRE SKILLS:
Database Administrator (5+ years)
Linux Experience (5+ years)
Scripting (Python, BASH) (3+ years)
Application/System Support
Cache/IRIS Database
athenaIDX (Centricity Business)

Required Responsibilities:
Address incidents received from Tier 1 Support and/or End Users.
Monitor Applications and Databases.
Proactively address concerns and issues regarding applications and hardware.
Perform tasks to maintain the integrity and health of applications and hardware.
Maintain & develop support documentation to further the Tier 2 Support Team Support Model.
Perform duties related to a senior level position (i.e. addressing questions and providing direction to Tech Support Analysts).

The ideal candidate will have experience with Healthcare applications, understand the implications of a Healthcare environment and have time spent working in a large enterprise.
