IT Service Desk Support Analysts. We will require four outsourced resources, having previous back ground of working in IT Service Desk and Remote Support.
Following will be their day to day tasks:
- Attending phone, email, and logged incident and work-order tickets
- Troubleshooting as first line of support
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office products is essential
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL based processes is essential
