IT Support Engineer

Job Description: 

Overview

We are looking for senior engineers to support CM workstreams. These two engineers should be able act as workstream leads that will own inventory management, support request, troubleshooting, building dashboards, and shipping for replacement HW for Contract manufacturers. The skill set should be very similar to the previous IT support employees provided by Denali; however, these individuals should be Sr Level IT Support Engineers.

Required (Refer to Previous IT Support Description provided to Denali)

· 6+ years of non-internship professional IT Support experience

· 3+ years of direct customer relationship management experience

· Strong understanding of systems and Hardware Support (Network & Server)

· Able to prioritize critical operational tasks across multiple contract manufactures

· Be an escalation point for current IT Support team

Preferred

· Able to build operational dashboards

· Able to perform lite automation tasks
