Skillset

At least 3 years of IT support experience 

Experience on monitoring Tool for Infrastructure, Application and Facilities Environment 

Experience of Nagios or Tidal Job scheduler Tool would be preferred. 

Incident and Request Management via ITSM Tool (SNOW/Cherwell) 

Knowledge of ITIL Process, Certification would be an added advantage. 

Knowledge of Windows/Unix Servers. 

Knowledge of backup and restore process. 

Follow SOP to take corrective actions as per defined process. 

Contribute to new or modifying existing Runbook/SOPs 

Provide support during patching/migration activities. 

Co-ordinate with different teams/Vendor and timely escalate tickets to relevant team. 

Skills

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and Written 

Flexible to work in 24x7 environment including holidays, based on the shift roster. 

Provide end user support via phone and email. 

Ability to communicate and coordinate with Vendors and other teams.
